Superb from start to finish, very easy to deal with. Super easy to sell your phone, you get a barcode via email or you can wait for a pack to be sent, I chose the former. You get an email as soon as it is received with everything that will happen going forward. You get a second email within a day when the item has been tested with all the diagnostics & their final valuation which you can choose to accept or reject. I was more than happy with my valuation (£10 more than the 'upto' value quoted on site). You can choose which payment method you want (bank or PayPal). There was one technical error on their part, I asked for a bank transfer but they sent my payment via PayPal which incurred a 1.5% fee as the system didn't receive my request, I got onto them straight away and it was resolved within a few hours & I received the remainder of my payment a couple of days later in my bank. I'd be more than happy to sell to them again. Absolutely superb from start to finish.

No - all our phones are SIM-Free and Unlocked for you to use with any network provider. However, we are able to provide one of our own SIM cards with your device. Just let us know, or select the option if available at checkout, you can choose your sim package at a later date.
Absolutely, we welcome your old device(s). Head over to our recycling site or select the device during checkout.
We are so confident with our device refurbishments, we offer a free 12 month warranty as standard.
If your not happy with the device for any reason, we have a 30 day return policy, so you can return your device free of charge.
